I'm Fred at 58 years old, I had an ischemic stroke on my left side. I was diagnosis with rheumatoid arthritis at 46 years old. At 53 years old I suffered two heart attacks. 

My mother had rheumatoid arthritis and my father had a heart attack.

Bad genes and bad habits and this is the result.
